Obverse legend: [IM]P(erator) CA[ES]AR VESPASIA[N] [AVG](ustus), translation: Imperator Caesar Vespasian Augustus; laureate bust of Vespasian, facing right. Reverse legend: PON(tifex) MAX(imus) TR(ibunica) P(ater)P(atriae) CO(n)S(ul) V CENS(or), translation: Pontifex Maximus, with tribunician power, father of his country, five times consul, censor; winged caduceus between two crossed cornucopiae; RIC II, p 112, no. 756 a.
