Obverse legend: C(aius) PIV(s) ESV(vius) TETRICVS CAES(ar), translation: Gaius Pius Esuvius Tetricus, Caesar; draped, cuirassed, and radiate bust of Tetricus II facing right. Reverse legend: SPE-S AVGG(=Augustorum), translation: Hope of the Augusti; Spes advancing left, extending flower in right hand, raising skirt drapery with left hand. RIC V.II, p.424, no. 270.
